  • Order & payment data: purchase details, invoices, delivery notes. (Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we don’t store full card numbers.)

  • Usage & technical data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and cookie IDs.

We do not knowingly collect data about children.

  • Automatically via our website (cookies/analytics).
  • From third parties (e.g., design studios you work for, delivery couriers, payment providers, lead partners) where lawful.

  • Enquiry emails: up to 24 months if no contract follows.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or after inactivity.
  • Analytics data: 14–26 months (depending on settings).

We securely delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.

We use appropriate measures (HTTPS, access controls, backups) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take steps to reduce risk.
